The 27th Manufacturing Conference (MANUF2027) is an international forum for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to present and discuss the latest advances in Manufacturing Processes and Tooling, Industrial Metrology and Quality Engineering, Automation and Industrial Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing. The conference features internationally recognized keynote speakers, including Professor József Váncza (Vice President-Elect of CIRP) and Professor Gábor Stépán, while offering excellent networking opportunities at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). Selected outstanding presentations will be invited to submit an extended paper to Periodica Polytechnica Mechanical Engineering, a Web of Science-indexed journal with an Impact Factor, with a guaranteed first peer-review decision within one month of submission.

Authors are invited to submit a one-page extended abstract using the official conference template. All accepted abstracts will be published electronically on the conference website before the conference.

Authors may choose between two presentation formats during submission:
Both presentation formats are considered equally during the review process.
Presentation files should be uploaded directly to the session room computer.
To ensure a smooth programme, presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentation between T−30 and T−5 minutes, where T denotes the scheduled starting time of the technical session.
Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
The presentation screens support a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
Following the conference, the Scientific Committee will select the most outstanding contributions for invitation to submit an extended journal paper.
Invited papers will be considered for publication in Periodica Polytechnica Mechanical Engineering (an international peer-reviewed journal indexed in Web of Science and Scopus).
For invited papers we guarantee first peer-review decision within one month after submission.
Please note that invited papers will undergo the journal's standard peer-review procedure, and acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
A gala dinner will be organised on the evening of Thursday, 7 October 2027.
Participation is included in the full conference registration.

This is a preliminary conference programme and may be subject to minor changes. The final programme, including detailed technical sessions and presentation schedule, will be published approximately one month before the conference.

Note: One registration fee payment per presentation is requested by 31 August 2027 in order to have the presentation included in the Technical Programme.
The registration fee includes admission to scientific sessions, conference lunches, coffee breaks, participation in the social programme and paper publication.
Please, submit a separate online registration form for each participant.
Registration Fees:
Early Bird (until 30 June 2027): 450 EUR+VAT
Regular (from 1 July 2027): 500 EUR+VAT
Members of GTE can get 15% discount on the registration fee.
10% of the conference profit will be donated to charity in support of social responsibility.
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
More than 45 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
Between 15 and 45 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
Less than 15 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
